Fiat/Chrylser Stamping plant needed to sound isolate a stamping operation from the rest of the manufacturing line.
The Project Parameters:
Using Noise Barriers QuietMod Panels, we constructed a 3 sided custom sound enclosure per customer specification. Included are roll up doors allowing for ease of material flow, single and double industrial sound doors, as well as structural support for custom LED lighting and instrumentation.
The Noise Barriers Solution:
Implementing our submittal design process, we were able to take the clients needs, design the enclosure in a few weeks and release to fabrication.
Noise Barriers met the agreed upon timeline, delivering product to their front door, and more importantly on budget.
